All properties at Furano Lofts & Chalet are air-conditioned and also heated to maintain the most comfortable year-round temperatures.

All properties have openable windows and there are fresh air ventilation ports throughout each property that permit the regular exchange of air with the outside.

Guides for operation of all heating and cooling equipment are provided.
